• There is private car parking in front. It is suitable for the elderly, but not for wheelchair users.
• The cleaner who does the changeovers is a lovely neighbour of mine, called Ceri.
• There is also an excellent babysitter called Rhian, who will babysit for £6 per hour. She is also a neighbour and comes thoroughly recommended.
• The property is available to rent between 1st Feb and 30th November.
• There is an additional charge of £20 for sheets and towels (not beach) for 4 people, if required.
• There is also an additional charge for pets of £10 per week

Rates 2010 (per week)

Rental rates are quoted from Saturday to Saturday. 50% is payable as a non refundable deposit at time of booking.
The balance is payable 28 days before the holiday period is due to start and is also non refundable after that date
