Information & Prices
- There is private car parking in front. It is suitable for the elderly, but not for wheelchair users.
- There is also an excellent babysitter called Rhian, who will babysit for £6 per hour. She is also a neighbour and comes thoroughly recommended.
- The property is available to rent between 1st Feb and 30th November.
- There is an additional charge of £20 for sheets and towels (not beach) for 4 people, if required.
- There is also an additional charge for pets of £10 per week.
- A deposit of £150 is required which will be returned in full if no damage is done to the property.

Rental rates are quoted from Saturday to Saturday. 50% is payable as a non refundable deposit at time of booking.
The balance is payable 28 days before the holiday period is due to start and is also non refundable after that date.
As the cottage has only just become available for holiday letting this year, we have plenty of availability.
